C.A.T.S. Preschool is a progressive early learning space where children are encouraged to grow into confident, kind, and curious individuals. Rooted in mindful practices and inspired by global best practices in early childhood education, we focus on nurturing the whole child—emotionally, socially, and intellectually. We believe that learning should feel safe, joyful, and meaningful. At C.A.T.S., children are guided—not rushed—as they discover who they are, how they relate to others, and how they make sense of the world around them. Our founder

Mrs. Shraddha Shah Raikar is the Founder and Principal of C.A.T.S. Preschool, Pune. With close to two decades of experience in early childhood education, she has worked across leading school boards including ICSE, SSC, and IB, and played diverse roles as an educator, curriculum developer, child counselor, and teacher trainer. Her vision for CATS Preschool is rooted in holistic, progressive education—nurturing confident communicators, empathetic individuals, and reflective learners. She believes in creating a warm, inclusive environment where each child is seen, heard, and supported in their unique journey of growth.

Director

Mr. Ameya Raikar plays a pivotal role as the backbone of C.A.T.S. Preschool, leading the administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. With his strong leadership and organizational vision, he oversees the complete management of the school, providing unwavering support to the team. His dedication to efficient systems and structured processes enables the educators to focus on nurturing young learners while he ensures the institution runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

School Advisor

With a rich background as an educator and school leader, Mrs. Viveka Mistry has headed several renowned institutions across India and abroad, bringing with her deep expertise in the IB philosophy. As the School Advisor at C.A.T.S. Preschool, she plays a vital role in guiding the team on curriculum development and educational systems. Her constant support and mentorship help strengthen the school’s academic framework, ensuring a strong foundation for every child’s learning journey.
